Another 2 had left... this show the turmover here is high! Think it time to reflect ... Why can't pple stay? Why pple got to look for internal trsf? Guess a few of the reasons might be:
1: Low Pay
2: No opportunity
3: Poor Management
4: No sense of belonging
5: No one goes, no promotion
6: Routine
7: No empowerment
